Previously, Bruce was CEO of a dot-com; practiced securities law in-house for nearly ten years at Morgan Stanley/Dean Witter; and practiced litigation and corporate law with Shea & Gould and with Breed, Abbott & Morgan in New York.

Janet Stanton is a widely-recognized expert on law firm business development and client service matters. Before joining Adam Smith, Esq., Janet was Director of the Client Relationship Program at major US law firm: Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York City. Previously, she has served as Executive Vice President at the global communications agency Bates Worldwide, where she led several large and global client relationships for organizations such as Pfizer and the US Department of Defense. She also served as president of a mid-sized full-service agency in Pennsylvania.
