What Are Ascendancy Points?
Ascendancy Points are a separate currency of Path of Exile 2 Currency skill points used exclusively in the Ascendancy skill tree.
They allow you to unlock advanced passive skills that greatly enhance your character’s capabilities.
How to Earn Them
You earn Ascendancy Points by successfully completing the Trials of the Sekhemas.
Each completed trial rewards one Ascendancy Point.
Some trials have multiple challenges or paths, giving you the chance to earn several points.
Why They Matter
Ascendancy Points unlock access to your character’s subclass, also called an Ascendancy class.
This subclass defines your character’s specialized role, playstyle, and strengths.
The points let you choose from powerful passive skills that can significantly impact your damage, defense, and utility.
